Each Will-n-Essie's Toybrary is founded and operated by its own local committee. These groups of committed individuals are supported by Will-n-Essie's Board of Directors, who are responsible for managing sponsorships, securing program visibility, planning for expansion and ensuring consistency among our Toybraries in terms of professionalism and inventory quality.
